Employment Denials from Amazon.com

Kyros Law Group is currently investigating claims for anyone who applied for employment at Amazon.com within the last two to five years and was denied a job. If you were subject to a background report from any consumer reporting agency, and Amazon failed to provide you with a copy of the report, or emailed you saying that the report was confidential, you may be a victim of fraud. Amazon is alleged to have denied jobs to applicants because of negative background reports without notifying the candidate of the negative report. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The applicants should have received notice of the negative report or been allowed to dispute the report.
