If you were subject to a background report from any consumer reporting agency, and Amazon failed to provide you with a copy of the report, or emailed you saying that the report was confidential, you may be a victim of fraud. Amazon is alleged to have denied jobs to applicants because of negative background reports without notifying the candidate of the negative report.
