Big Lots Background Check Consent Form
Kyros Law Group is currently investigating claims for anyone who had a background check run on them for employment purposes by Big Lots Stores within the last few years. It is alleged that Big Lots did not comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) during its hiring process. The company may have violated background check disclosure requirements when it had prospective employees sign a background check consent form that might have contained unnecessary information.
