Costco Wholesale Corp. TCPA Violations
Costco Wholesale Corp. allegedly violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA ) by sending unsolicited fax advertisements inviting people to join its membership club. The TCPA prohibits unsolicited fax advertising and Costco’s faxes apparently did not contain the required opt out notice.
