“Concussion” Movie Set to Open Christmas Day
In “Concussion,” actor Will Smith plays the role of Dr. Bennet Omalu, the doctor who first linked the brain disease CTE to repeated head traumas like those suffered on every play by NFL players. The film chronicles Omalu’s struggle to bring his findings to light while the NFL would rather have them swept under the rug.
