Will Smith Talks NFL and “Concussion” Movie
During a recent interview, actor Will Smith Spoke about his role as Dr. Bennet Omalu in the upcoming movie “Concussion.” Smith called Omalu’s story “powerful” and felt that the science behind CTE being caused by repeated head traumas was “irrefutable.” Smith went on to say that while he didn’t want the subject matter of the film to be true, it was “something that we have to accept.” As for the NFL’s reaction, Smith said he thought the league would keep its reaction to itself and he feels that “Concussion” won’t generate too much controversy.
